These Terms and Conditions govern The Justhuman Wanderlust Challenge (hereafter referred to as the "Contest"). Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• All Participants must be legal residents of India.
• Participants must hold a valid Indian Passport and the passport should have atleast six months validity at the time of making application for grant of visa.
• Employees of Swanrose India Pvt. Ltd. ("Swanrose"), their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and anyone professionally associated with Swanrose India Pvt. Ltd. are not eligible to enter.
• The contest entails having purchased a product of Justhuman Personal care or skincare product at any time. Each participant must have in their possession a Justhuman Personal Care or Skincare product which they need to use to shoot a video or reel in the final phase of the contest.
• In case the participant does not possess a Justhuman personal care or skincare product, they must purchase it only on the Justhuman website - www.justhuman.co.in. This information shall also be given to the participant via a whatsapp link once the contest goes live, on the achievement of 5000 sign ups (see below). 
• Justhuman Personal care or skincare products are defined as the following - Justhuman Probiotic Anti-Dandruff shampoo, Justhuman probiotic anti dandruff conditioner, Burgeon hair growth serum, Hair Fall Therapy Shampoo, AyuGrowth Hair Oil, Revitalizing Body Wash, Coffee Caramel Body Scrub, 30-Sec Foot Facial, Curcumin Picture Perfect Mask. 
• Participants must follow the Instagram handle of Justhuman at any time before the end of the contest - @justhumanindia to be eligible for this contest. This information shall also be given to the participant once the whatsapp link goes to them once the contest goes live, on the achievement of 5000 sign ups (see below). 

2. Phase 1 - Sign up Period

• Phase 1: The official period for signing up begins 29th March 2024. A sign up is defined as a participant officially filling out their details on the landing page of the Justhuman Wanderlust challenge. If Swanrose does not achieve a minimum of 5000 signups by the sign up threshold deadline, the contest shall stand cancelled. This will be informed to the existing participants by whatsapp/email. The provisions or requirements of the Final Phase of the contest shall no longer stand applicable to any of the existing participants. Swanrose India Pvt. ltd. shall hold no liability to continue the contest in any manner, nor to give anything to the existing set of participants, in the event that the contest is cancelled.  The Sign up threshold deadline for 5000 sign ups is 12th April 2024. If the minimum threshold is achieved, participants are welcome to continue to sign up till the contest deadline, the 25th of April.

3. Final Phase - 13th-25th April 2024: 

• This phase is the final phase of the actual contest. This shall only begin, once the threshold of 5000 signups has been achieved.
• Each participant will receive the message with a link over whatsapp/email to complete his/her entry along with the contest steps. The contest steps which shall be communicated to each participant are as follows - 

1. The participant needs to create a video highlighting why they love Justhuman. This video should have the Justhuman product along with the participants themselves. The video should be then posted as a reel and a story both on the Instagram or Facebook handle of the participant tagging the account of Justhuman India on Instagram (@justhumanindia) or Facebook (justhumanindia). The reel/video should be 30 sec or less.
2. To create the reel, the participant must already have an existing Justhuman personal care or skincare product (as defined earlier). If the participant does not have a Justhuman personal care or skincare product, in that event the participant shall purchase a Justhuman personal care or skincare product from the Justhuman website (www.justhuman.co.in). This shall be communicated to the Participant at the time the whatsapp message/link is sent to the Participant once the contest starts. 
3. The above will be considered as an entry in the contest. Participants shall be allowed to enter only once  during the tenure of the contest.

• Entries will be accepted until 25th April 2024, 23:59 Hours, at which time, the Contest period will come to an end.
• The entries  will be evaluated by a third party judge or judges on certain creative criteria which shall be communicated to the participants at the time of the contest start.

4. Prize

• The winner(s) will receive a  trip to Paris, France for 4 days and 5 nights for them and their +1: 
• Economy class airfare
• 3-star accommodation with breakfast
• 1-day city tour

Not included in the prize:

• Visa issuance
• Travel Insurance
• The winner(s) will be solely responsible for Visa and any other expenses related to the acceptance/use of the offer or participation in the contest which are not listed in the paid package forming part of these terms and conditions.
• The Contest Prize cannot be exchanged with any product or item, is non-transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances. No other offers/contests can be clubbed with this Contest. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Justhuman reserves the sole right to offer an alternative prize of the same value.

5. Selection of Winner

• An external auditor will review entries and select the winner(s) based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme.
• Winner(s) will be contacted via email and phone latest by 30th May 2024.

6. Conditions

• Justhuman reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and to disqualify any participant if it finds evidence of tampering with the entry process or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Justhuman is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.
• The prize will be eligible for redemption between 1 Sep 2024 till 28 Feb 2025. (Blackout dates of 20 Dec 2024 till 5th Jan 2025 apply)

7. General Conditions

• By participating in the Contest, participants grant Justhuman an exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in any media now or hereafter known.
• Justhuman reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Justhuman's reasonable control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined at the sole discretion of Justhuman. 
• Justhuman reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any winner choosing not to accept the prize or forfeit any and/or all claims qua the prize, Justhuman shall have the absolute discretion to deal with such prize as it deems fit.

8. Liability and Law

• The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Swanrose, Justhuman and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, auditors, judges, and agents from any claim or damage arising out of participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize.
• Swanrose and its related companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Contest or the acceptance or use of any Prize, except for any liability not excluded by law.
• Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest and/or web-site is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made, Justhuman reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• All the Prize tickets are subject to Income Tax/TDS, if applicable, as per the Income Tax laws or any other taxes/levies as may be applicable as per the prevailing applicable laws in India, and the same shall be borne by the winner directly. Swanrose shall have no liability with respect to the same.

9. Privacy

• Participants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and Justhuman regarding the Contest. By entering, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions.
