Shipping Policy:

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cash on delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on via email/mobile.

The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.


They usually try to attempt the delivery twice, however in case you do not respond to them, the package will be sent back to Swanrose. Thereby, Swanrose will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the product.


Certain areas or zones might have shipping charges.


Orders below Rs. 500/- will have an extra shipping charge of Rs. 50/-.

COD orders will have Rs. 100/- charge.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • International orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

  • Customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international courier partners.

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 2500/- for all international orders.
