All prices listed on www.justhuman.co.in are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rates and/or all other taxes that may be levied by the Government from time to time.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Justhuman shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

Swanrose reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order on the website.

In sum, in no event shall Swanrose's total liability to the User for all damages and/or losses and/or causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Swanrose, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
